What this promotion all about?
It's about you; ATDC CEO's. TPM Focus and Aspireship came together to offer an opportunity for ATDC portfolio companies (Accelerate, Signature, and Graduates/Alumni) to hire a Customer Success Manager without any (financial) strings attached for training or placing them (Aspireship handles all of that!).
How much is this going to cost me?
Nothing.

Well, although there is no financial strings attached, your feedback is needed in exchange for this opportunity. You see, Aspireship launched this new Customer Success training and placement program this year (2022). It's a similar structure to their wildly successful Sales training and placement program, but now they also train and transition experienced professionals into Customer Success roles at SaaS companies.
Due to my relationship with Aspireship and with ATDC at Georgia Tech (I am an Alumna after all), they agreed to open this opportunity to ATDC at Georgia Tech portfolio companies in exchange for feedback about their program.
As entrepreneurs, we know that relationships mean everything and this is one that I'm sharing with you.

How much time do I have to make a decision?
Your opportunity to express interest closes on October 31, 2022, so you must complete the form before then for consideration. However, this is on a first-come first-serve basis so if you're serious about getting a Customer Success Manager on your team in 2022, don't delay.
How many ATDC portfolio companies are you accepting for this opportunity?
Three.
Will there be more spots available in the future?
Unfortunately, not for free, but you'll always have Aspireship as a resource for your team's Sales and Customer Success training and recruitment needs. That's what they do and they aren't going anywhere.
But, this particular opportunity is a limited offer.
How many Customer Success Managers do we get again?
One per company.
What costs are associated with this opportunity?
You're only responsible for paying your Customer Success employee wages as you would any other employee upon hire. There are no other fees associated with this opportunity.
Does TPM Focus charge anything for this?
Nope.
So, no fees are charged by anybody involved?
None, I promise.
Do I get to interview them myself?
Yes. You'll get access to Aspireship's awesome platform where you can review candidates and even watch videos of applicants in action enabling you to learn all about them
