Recently, the CEO of TPM Focus, Monique Mills, led a strategic planning session for women business owners in Atlanta. It was a full day of hands-on strategic planning held specifically to help them get a jump start on setting up their businesses for success in the upcoming year. There was limited seating as each participant was coached through creating a personalized business strategy necessary to execute and achieve their business goals and objectives.
